Delivered as a two-day workshop or as modules, this coaching skill training is followed by four to six months of coaching practice to integrate coaching into the workplace. Key topic areas include:
The Dance of Communication introduces coaching skills and coaching language. The material increases understanding who we are and how this impacts how we communicate. Participants take part in the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory and look closely at their current patterns of interacting with others.
GROWing Engagement and Commitment focuses on developing skill using the GROW coaching conversation. This coaching conversation provides a structure that helps participants understand client/employee needs and develop the ability to recognize stages of a coaching conversation.
