Individual Coaching, One-to-one coaching
At Path Seekers, “Individual coaching” is defined as one-to-one coaching that is paid for by the client.
Path Seekers customizes individual coaching services to meet each client’s unique needs. Fees and frequency of coaching sessions are designed between the coach and the client and finalized during the initial coaching session.
Reasons for hiring a coach vary. Clients usually have one burning issue or reason for hiring a coach and invariably find that many areas of their lives need to be considered as they work towards resolution. The following are common client requests for coaching.
Leadership development coaching for experienced and emerging leaders.
