Professional Certified Coach Brenda Olinek believes that every person is a leader in their own life and relationships. Individual, One-to-one coaching
Client centred, one-to-one coaching is customized to meet each client’s unique needs. Client’s reasons for hiring a coach vary; common individual coaching requests are for:

Sponsored Leadership Development Coaching
Sponsored leadership development coaching is funded by a sponsor organization, this is usually the leader’s employer.
Sponsored leadership coaching may involve single clients and/or team coaching. It differs slightly from “Individual coaching” as there is greater focus on specific outcomes agreed upon between the client and their sponsor.
Brenda Olinek, President and CEO of Path Seekers Inc. is a Leadership Coach for BC Hydro and has coached leaders from organizations such as: Alberta Treasury Branch, Enbridge, Canada Revenue Agency, Mount Royal College, Lethbridge College and the Alberta Federal Council.
Common Interest Group Coaching
Groups of 4 - 12 participants come together to explore issues of common interest. A dynamc, motivational energy happens within groups of individuals who share a common interest; supportive business and personal relationships often develop in these groups.
Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)
ORSC is a ground breaking model for coaching relationships in the workplace, organizations, groups, teams, couples, families, communities, and agencies. Imagine being part of vibrant respectful relationships where people thrive and support each others' talents.

Leadership Development
We help clients think strategically about effective leadership development. This includes individual leadership coaching and experiential learning programs. These leadership development programs are custom designed and may include numerous components such as workshops, assignments, assessment tools, group or team coaching and one-to-one coaching.
