About Brenda Olinek
Brenda is Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Brenda incorporated Path Seekers in 2001 as part of her vision to transform communication between individuals and within organizations. By combining her education in communication studies, her diverse work experience and her extensive coaching skills, Brenda transforms how people interact in their daily lives.
She works with individuals, leaders, teams and groups who intend to have positive impact on their organization, business, community, family and relationships. Brenda helps individuals to dig deep to find their passion, to "live their dreams.”
She helps develop leaders and assists organizations identify, implement and sustain engaged employees and processes that align with their vision and mission.
Through practical, goal focused coaching Brenda works with clients to overcome obstacles to attain personal fulfillment, peak performance and financial success.
Her training initiatives include developing the Client Centered Coaching Skills for Health Professionals Program.
In addition to her professional coach certification, Brenda has a BA in Communication Studies and has completed extensive course work in Organization, Relationship Systems Coaching.
Her professional background includes twenty plus years in corporate, government, health care, career transition, not-for-profit and leadership development. She has worked in roles such as President/CEO, Executive Director, Finance and Admin Manager, Career Transition Coach and Trainer. Her clients include dozens of individuals and organizations in government, health care, oil and gas, utilities, career transition and education.
